The white grape variety requires careful care. In return, it delivers extremely delicate wines. The Scrimaglio rests on the lees in steel barrels for a few months and then ages in the bottle for a short time. Straw yellow in the glass, it impresses with a strong bouquet and a full-bodied taste.
