Right Of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The returned product must be unopened, and the bottle label must not be damaged.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return right, the product must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality as would be permitted in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount accordingly.
To return a product, the buyer must submit a free-form withdrawal request and send it to the email address info@ilvinaioitaliano.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
The buyer covers the return costs, except in cases where the returned product is incorrect or defective.
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the product has been handed over to the courier.
The Online Store will refund the buyer immediately upon receiving the returned product, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard option, the Online Store is not obligated to refund the excess cost.
The Online Store has the right to cancel the sales transaction and demand the return of the product if the price was mistakenly marked significantly below the market price.
RIGHT TO FILE A COMPLAINT
The Online Store is responsible for product defects that existed at the time of delivery and that appear within two years of the date of purchase. For the first six months, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise by the Online Store.
The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within two months by sending an email to info@ilvinaioitaliano.com or calling +372 5347 5167.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after delivery.
If a purchased product is defective, the Online Store will repair or replace it. If replacement or repair is not possible, the Online Store will refund all costs incurred under the sales agreement.
The Online Store responds to consumer complaints within 15 days in written or reproducible electronic form.
