In 1983, Cesare Ruggeri launched its entry into the field of sparkling wines, and today it boasts an extraordinary heritage of expertise- -know-how spread over a vast array of its own production secrets, both great and small; a deep understanding of its entire growing area and its vineyards; and an inborn sensitivity to the health and well-being of each vineyard.
In the prestigious hilly vineyards of Valdobbiadene, within the Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. zone, located in the Treviso province, Veneto, Italy.

This area is characterized by steep slopes, mineral-rich soils, and a mild climate, which contribute to the elegance, aromatic intensity, and freshness of the wine.

The unique terroir of Valdobbiadene enhances the quality of the Glera grapes, making this sparkling wine a true expression of its origin.
Produced from Glera grapes grown in the prestigious hills of Valdobbiadene, this spumante follows the Charmat method, preserving its aromatic intensity and fine bubbles.

Aging: for at least 30-40 days on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to enhance complexity and texture.

The second fermentation, following the Charmat method, ensures the development of fine and persistent perlage while preserving the wine’s freshness and aromatic intensity.
