S'Eleme is a fresh and easy-drinking white wine, a historic product of the Cantina Sociale del Vermentino Monti. It is made from young, trained vineyards of white grape varieties owned by the cooperative's members, cultivated on granitic soils between 300 and 450 meters above sea level. This environment, characterized by good minerality, enhances the finesse of the wines, while significant temperature variations help enrich the grapes with complex aromas and aromaticity.
